Production
With high tech precision robotic arm production lines, automatic flowing belt systems, double injection molding, compression, dust-free workshop and many more production lines, our ultimate aim is to offer a supreme service and a one-stop solution to all of our partners. Apart from our plants in China which house over 400 workers, we also offer a Made in Vietnam option to fit the needs to different market. An open communication and regular review with our production workers enable us to maintain an efficient and improved productivity level at all time. Job rotation, consistent training, tasks delegation has also been implemented to keep the team motivation high. There is also a creative hub located in the management office where refreshment and entertainment are available, staff are encouraged to take breaks so they do not become a working robot.

Quality Assurance
Apart from the fundamental BSCI and ISO certification, we are also qualified for numerous corporate audit cert from the biggest U.S. & European stores. On an internal side, we have our own laboratory with adequate testing equipment, we also send out products (upon request) to 3rd party certified laboratories to perform necessary testing. Depending on different item specification, we will develop jigs to ensure all parts are produced / assembled in its most accurate form, hence to bring down defective rate and costs. One of the reasons we are so trusted by global brands are the outstanding quality assurance we obtain. We believe every product development deserve the most serious attention, this is why we are accredited to become a Grade-A production site, we commit to spend all effort to fulfill customers’ various requirements based on their exact needs.
